Derek and Staci drove in from Chicago to have their engagement session in Downtown Grand Rapids. We had a great afternoon, walking around, and getting to know each other. I am looking forward to their October wedding next year! Thank you Staci and Derek for making the trek here to do your engagement session!
Last night we had our awards Banquet Christmas Party for the “Professional Photographers of Western Michigan.” At the awards banquet, we award the top 10 photographers, and photographer of the year. The way the photographers earn the award, is an accumulation of points that are earned from print competition, album competition, and attendance to programs. I am very pleased and honored to say that I was awarded the top award, Photographer of the Year 2009! Congratulations to all my colleagues who also came in the top 10!
